He served as physical education teacher different schools, and he himself was a sports person represented national and international level in throw ball and other games. He was elected as secretary of Karnataka state throw ball federation and vice president of all india throw ball federation . He served as a board member by giving valuable opinion to the school management in reputed schools like bishop cotton boys and girls schools in bengaluru. He is doing social work in and around chickballapur town since 40 years and serving the needy. He is the founder chairman of merline and joy integrated rural development trust, established in the year 2001. To serve the rural people of chickballapur.

Mr. Arya bhanu was working as superintendent in the BSNL department. He has a wide network in communicating the people. He himself was doing many charity and social work in the society. He volunteered to serve and give valuable opinion to our trust in the development of the trust.

She is from humble background served as a headmistress in Government School and got retired. She has a vast knowledge in the education field and managing the school and serving the society in varies field. She as lot of interest in serving the society in healthcare field as she work in the hospital and know how people struggle due to their illness and financial constrain to get treatment.
